If your child is missing, CALL 911 immediately. DO NOT DELAY! When law enforcement arrives, give them this Identity Record that you've completed and stored for your child. Make sure you have one for each child, and that you update them at LEAST once per year. Children grow quickly, and appearances can change in just a few months.
