. The product must be in saleable condition when we receive it from you, and free from any and all personal data that you may have entered into the application. In your request, you must idicate the reason for return. If you request a refund of a non-defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase, your online account will be de-activated upon issue of the refund. We will only issue refunds for defective products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, and up to 2 full years from the date of purchase, you can return a defective USB drive to us at the address below and we will replace the drive with a new one. Shipping of the returned item is your responsibility. When we replace a defective drive, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement drive to you, and issue a refund for the cost of your shipping the defective USB drive back to us. The amount of the refund will be equal to the amount of the postage as shown on the package we receive. In order to receive a refund of your shiping cost, you MUST use only the US Postal service, regular mail. We will not refund shipping costs of any other shipping carrier or method. Shipping cost refunds are limited to a maximum of $4.00 (four dollars, US) Online Memberships: We do not offer refunds for the purchase of online memberships. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at anytime, with an effective cancellation date being the day before your next billing cycle from the date we confirm your cancellation request. If you purchased a monthly membership with an incentive promotion, such as 6 months advance payment to receive a USB drive application free, we will not issue a refund nor cancel your membership until after the promotion time period has expired. If the USB you received as part of any promotional offering is defective, please follow the instructions for defective USB drives noted above.
